Vendors play a pivotal role in the success of the Rondo Block Party, contributing significantly to the vibrancy and community spirit of the event. By offering a variety of products and services, vendors not only enhance the festival atmosphere but also cater to the diverse tastes and interests of attendees, creating a richer, more engaging experience. Participation in the Rondo Block Party allows vendors to increase their visibility and directly engage with a broad audience, building brand recognition and customer loyalty in a dynamic, interactive setting.

The Rondo Block Party proudly promotes its paid vendors through our official social media channels and event website in the weeks leading up to the celebration. This exposure is designed to amplify visibility, support local entrepreneurs, and drive engagement with community businesses. To be considered for this promotional opportunity, vendors must upload a high-quality logo graphic (PNG, JPG or vector format preferred – no PDF’S) during the registration process. Pictures of logos will not be accepted. While we aim to spotlight as many vendors as possible, promotion is not guaranteed, and all promotional decisions are made at the discretion of the Rondo Block Party Planning Team. We appreciate your understanding as we curate content that best reflects the spirit and quality of the event.

💬 Important vendor note:
In order to stay financially in tune with rising costs and the volatile nature of the economy, vendor fees have increased by $25 across the board this year. That said, our rates are still competitively and economically priced, with the Rondo community and small business budgets in mind. We’re committed to keeping this event accessible while continuing to deliver a high-quality experience for vendors and attendees alike.

Each vendor registration will be reviewed for completeness and other factors to ensure the details are in alignment with Rondo Block Party’s standards.  All approved registrations will be emailed an Information & Agreement form to the email address on file for review, electronic signature, and date.  An invoice will be emailed upon receipt of the signed and dated agreement for direct credit/debit card payment.  If other payment arrangements need to be made, please contact us.
